Much of the talk about fitness revolves around resistance training, cardio/aerobic training, equipment, etc. However a crucial aspect to good health is nutrition. We truly are what we eat! Food becomes the fuel for all human process. How, what, and when we eat can make all the difference.

No matter how much effort we may put into various training modes, our success depends on our diet. Today, more than ever, there are thousands of fads and gimmicks, diets, and "weight-loss" plans. We cannot pick up a magazine or turn on a TV without being bombarded by these. Their main common denominator? Your Desire and Their Marketing!

Instead, we take a common sense approach....one that can be maintained without wearing you out!

 

Good nutrition is a straightforward issue. Most of us know when we're eating well, and when we're not! We will help you sort through the myriad of information so that you have a sensible plan for eating well. It really is simple and there is no need for being hungry, feeling "tired," having cravings, or tediously weighing portions, counting calories, or avoiding "this or that" nutrient.
