LEARN HOW TO HELP EACH OTHER

Many of us prefer to train and work out with a partner, either friend or family. With our Partner Training, we will teach you how to coach and help each other. With our Partner Training, you will learn:

  • How to check and correct for proper form while your partner is performing sets
  • How to perform correct spotting techniques
  • We will show you what to look for to ensure maximum results and safety
 

With our Partner Training, we offer the very same instruction and assistance as with One-on-One Training, however we simply teach you to become the instructors for each other, plus with the time efficiency we are able to offer very reasonable rates for the pair.
