Let's
face it.....some of us have schedules that vary unexpectedly. For
those who experience this situation on an ongoing basis, we offer
sessions by telephone. This is designed to pass along progressive
information for clients who already have a basic working knowledge
of resistance training and cardio training.
Some
of us simply have to get our workouts in whenever time allows. Those
workouts do not follow a planned schedule. We have found that if
we can visit by phone with you briefly, we can quickly provide incremental
information to keep you on track!
You
can then use this information in your next workouts. We provide
follow-up e-mail and fax documents to help keep you organized!
